He continues to support many not-for-profits including the MS Society, Bob Kemp Hospice, the Boys and Girls Club of Niagara and is a proud chapter council member of  ProAction Cops and Kids.

Mike’s education includes a degree from Wilfrid Laurier and a certificate in Pension Law from Osgoode Law School. He has over 20 years of experience working in the insurance industry with both small and large accounts and founded McDonald Organizational Health Inc. in 2010 with the goal of developing benefits and pension programs for businesses.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_custom_heading]Kevin Harrison, Vice President & Partner[/vc_custom_heading][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image media=”131″ media_width_percent=”100″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]Kevin grew up in the Niagara area but now resides in Burlington, ON with his wife and daughter. Kevin, along with his family, belong to Cedar Springs Health and Racquets club where he is an active squash player. Kevin is currently on the board and Vice-Chair of the Hamilton-Halton chapter for the MS Society. He is also a proud supporter of some other fantastic charitable organizations such as Ronald McDonald House, Boys and Girls Club, ProAction Cops & Kids and The Canadian Cancer Society.

Kevin has a proven track record in business development and client relations trained to listen first. Kevin is Vice President and Partner at McDonald Health Inc., working alongside his long time friend and colleague, Mike McDonald, and has 17 years experience in the insurance and retirement industry.  McDonald Organizational Health offers a variety of services to help organizations become more efficient in providing creative, unique and specific solutions to help better manage their employee benefits, retirement programs and executive insurance plans. This is “what” McDonald Health does however “how” they deliver their mission statement to clients, is what sets them apart in the industry. Kevin has great passion when working with his clients, specializing in working with Business Owners directly. Kevin is a business owner himself, which allows for an honest and empathetic ear, in order to help walk though some of the trials and tribulations of running a business. It is vitally important for Kevin to fully understand his client’s obstacles, goals and needs in all facets of business, which then results in better advice and effective solutions.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
